Easy to use web based accountancy interface with breakdowns and guides on how to pay yourself and the relevant taxes with time frames, reminders and forecasts making it very easy to budget and manage your money. The only minor negative is that emails can sometimes be slow to get a reply, however if you call them your query will be dealt with pretty much instantly. |

| Brookson offer a professional, accessible and friendly service. The Connect system (especially now it's been upgraded) is quick and reasonably easy to use - giving live information on your accounts and tax etc. It does sometimes lag behind actual banking events or is sometimes not available but this has never been a crucial issue for me. I have only experienced slow customer service once before, this was met with an apology.
