1 The Joiner Reward Offer ("the Offer") is open to prospective customers ("Prospect") of Brookson Limited’s Limited Company Accountancy Service ("Service") who received the promotional content (“Promotional Content”) from Brookson.
2 The Offer runs until the 28th February 2025 (“the Offer Period”) and provides that, subject to eligibility and the Offer conditions the Prospect will be entitled to receive a reward. The Offer is only applicable to individuals who join the Service or Solution during the Offer Period and:
2.1 who have not previously used any of Brookson’s Services or been employed with Brookson during the 6 months prior to becoming a customer or employee of Brookson for the Service or Solution in accordance with these terms and conditions;
2.2 who are not existing customers or employees of Brookson’s bespoke accountancy services, sole trader accountancy services, full limited company accountancy services or employed by Brookson;
2.3 who complete the web form after receiving the Promotional Content and undergo a consultation with a consultant at Brookson ("Consultation") or ;
2.4 who the Brookson consultant deems eligible for the Offer at the time of the Consultation. The decision of Brookson is final; and
2.5 All other services (including but not limited to umbrella solutions, specialist service products, bespoke accountancy services and sole trader accountancy services) are specifically excluded from the Offer;
3 Brookson reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if the Prospect qualifies for the Offer.
4 Subject to the Offer terms and conditions, the Prospect will be entitled to receive one of the rewards identified in the reward table after the first full direct debit payment has been made for the Limited Company Service.
Reward Table
Rewards available to the Prospect subject to eligibility and the Offer terms and conditions when joining the Limited Company Accountancy Service:
2 Months Limited Company Service Free.
5 No cash alternatives will be offered in place of any rewards and rewards cannot be changed by the Prospects from the description contained in the Reward Table.
6 It is a condition of the Offer that the Prospect has a Consultation during the Offer Period and subsequently pays their first direct debit payments within 3 months of signing up to the Service. Brookson shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Reward will be issued to the Prospect within 15 days of Brookson receiving the first direct debit payment from the Prospect for the Service.
7 In the event that the Prospect’s first three direct debit payments do not occur within 3 months of the Prospect signing up to the Service, the Offer will no longer be available to the Prospect.
8 The Offer is not available to any individuals who currently retain Brookson for non-trading service, bespoke tax and/or accountancy advice and/or Brookson’s yearend service or individuals who have outstanding fees owing to Brookson or where Brookson are in the process of completing cessation accounts. If the Prospect does engage Brookson for any of the above Brookson has the right to withdraw the Offer and the Prospect will not be eligible to receive a Reward.
9 In the event that the Prospects engagement with Brookson Limited for accountancy services is terminated for any reason and irrespective of fault, before they complete and receives the free months of Limited Company Accountancy Services, or the engagement with Brookson Limited is terminated during the period of the free months, the Reward will no longer be available.

11 By accepting this Offer, the Prospect consents to receive information from Brookson relating to new Services or Solutions, offers and product information by e-mail, SMS or phone. In order to provide certain product material Brookson may employ the services of external companies. This would involve Brookson supplying personal data to those companies. The Prospect can unsubscribe from all service/product updates by emailing [email protected]. Brookson requires notification immediately in order for them to update their records and prevent this from occurring.
12 This Offer is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under English law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Offer is not available to individuals under the age of 18. If the Prospect does not qualify, the Prospect shall not be permitted to use Brookson’s Services, Solutions or apply for this Offer.
13 Brookson reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the Offer without prior notice or liability. Any Prospect who qualifies for the Offer agrees to indemnify and hold Brookson harmless against all actions, claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature that may result or which Brookson may sustain, suffer or incur as a result of Brookson agreeing to provide the Offer to that Prospect.
14 By entering the Offer, the Prospect will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
15 This Offer is run in accordance with, and will be governed by, the laws of England.
